Cook & Vena Jones-Cox have decided to retire (end) their popular Ultimate Creative Deal Structuring Seminars.
Yes, you read that right. For the past 4 years, these two powerful, experienced, sought-after speakers joined together
to teach their incredibly successful Ultimate Seminars. They helped educate, encourage and support real estate investors around the country. Last April, Bill and Vena's 2023 Ultimate Seminar had 412 people in attendance and was widely recognized as one of the most successful events in the real estate industry.
But life changes, as life does, and Bill and Kim have made the decision to concentrate on their advanced deal-structuring classes ~ the What Box? Seminar and The Power of Options Seminar. And, after living and traveling in their motorhome for the last 5 years, they want to cross the ocean and see what else this world has to offer.
With the success of the Ultimate Seminars, and with the help of cherished friends, Bill & Vena built a community of investors who speak the same deal-structuring language and who will continue to gather
together every Wednesday night on the Ultimate Study Group zoom calls to help motivate and support each other. Vena and Bill will continue to drop in to answer questions.
A big shout out to Anita, Allison, Deb & Kevin for
hosting the Ultimate zoom calls and for supporting the Ultimate Seminars these last few years. Thank you for all of your love and support. Y'all rock!
In the meantime, Vena is putting together another event for April, 2024
