investing deals Kim and I did back in 1998. Our LACK of creativity will astound you!
This deal taught us one of our most valuable real estate investing lessons. Believe it or not, before making an offer
on this property, the realtor’s broker demanded to meet with us. In her office, she informed us we were wasting her realtor’s time. That all houses sold for at least 95% of value. That we were clueless and would
fail miserably at real estate investing. And she told us to never call her realtor again. I KID YOU NOT!!!!!
What valuable lesson did we learn from this

In addition, we want you to compare this early, non-creative deal to the very creative deals you’ve seen the past three weeks. How did we go from those early deals to the
deals you’re seeing us do today?
Simple answer: We are what we think about. Our thoughts determine our lives. WE DETERMINE OUR THOUGHTS! Let’s go biblical and see what the Good Book says about this: Proverbs 23:7:
As you think, so shall ye be.
Real estate investing is a simple business, but it’s NOT an easy business. There are at least 10,000 reasons to quit, but only two or three reasons to succeed. You might want to give this some thought. What are YOUR two or
three reasons to succeed? Are they strong enough to overcome YOUR 10,000 reasons to quit?
We’ll close out the fourth session by giving you the key that’s kept – AND STILL KEEPS – Kim and me moving forward.
