So on Thursday, Bill and I drove to Atlanta to check on our rental properties and attend John Hyre's Advanced Strategies Seminar this weekend.
While traveling, we stopped to gas up and I grabbed my phone and quickly went through my emails. I saw a long one from Converge (the process server for our website's ecommerce) and mercy ~ my eyes crossed, the gas pump clicked full, and we continued on our trip. My brain filed that email in the 'deal-with-it-later' column.
Well, I completely forgot to 'deal-with-it-later'. And something about an IP error, and reset the pin, and blah, blah, blah caused our ecommerce to shut down.
I was not aware of this when I sent the email yesterday
reminding everyone about the Marriott group rate deadline. Then I started getting phone calls from people who were having trouble registering for the Power of Options Seminar. Yikes! 100% my fault.
